Another information filled episode started off with me covering my 3 favorite GDAs along with what the literature says, practical application, their mechanisms of action, etc. Then after commercial break Austin had another jam packed Q&A covering Electrolytes and Carb Loading, Low Dose GH and Insulin Impact on IGF, T3 in the Off-season, GH and Sub q Water, and a whole lot more!
