Episode 295 is a complete all inclusive guide to mineral intake for athletes that are male or female and natural or enhanced! This guide has 85ish references that I'll publish down below and another few hundred that I thought didn't need to be posted up without it being excessive. Take some notes and enjoy the infopgrahic with this podcast to break down your needs a bit easier. But remember, these are ROUGH guidelines as there are multiple factors such as food choice that can make a massive difference in your perscription.

Episode 294 is another Q&A with Mike Arnold where we dug into some more commonly asked questions such as thoughts on Humulin R for Type 2 Diabetic, Trulicity, peptide LL-37, and M1T in a bulking cycle. As always Mike and myself go off on a few tangents that have a few golden "nuggets" of information so as always enjoy the episode, support Mike at the links below, and dont forget to take notes!

Episode 293 is your updated complete guide to injectable glutathione! Glutathione (GSH) has so much misunderstanding and misinformation in our industry that I want to ensure people understand a lot of the interactions and MoA going on with this compound. It has tremendous application as a "health", restoration, and progression tool when utilized in the proper setting. Sit back, take notes, and enjoy the references I'll attach to this episode!

Episode 292 is a roundtable discussion with Lyle McDonald, Broderick Chavez, and myself on ESTROGEN...specially exogenous estradiol for androgen using males. Lyle has estrogen covered head to toe on the natural physiological side of the equation where as Broderick's speciality lies in the enhanced aspect. We discuss the basics of estrogen, some new potential therapies/uses for exogenous estradiol, an 80 client case study I conducted on androgen using clients who implemented estradiol, and more! Lyle and Broderick even go off on a few different rants/tangents where there's some interesting off topic subjects talked about! This is a gold mine of information so get ready to take notes. I'm hoping the message and truth on estrogen levels for androgen using males starts to move in the direction this discussion went into.
