In this latest educational segment of BEAST FITNESS RADIO, I cover 4 topics...yeah thats right! 4 FREAKING TOPICS!!!! First I start off breaking down 2 of the newer health supplements I've started taking (blueberry and pomegranate extract) and discuss the science behind them, brands, dosages, etc. Then I go in and break down the BEST gut health supplement on the market, Fiber+ from ProjectAD!
