Episode 298 is kind of an introduction to a new segment called Back to Basics! In this segment we crack open our high school and college biology, chemistry, and endocrinology books to review a lot of the basic interactions that you may have never even learned or forgot about AND how it actually applies to us as performance and physique based athletes! This one REALLY needs to be listened to with a notepad to take notes because we go pretty much into all the minor aspects that go into these somewhat complex topics.

Episode 296 is an introduction episode to the "Fat Burner" Family Tree concept which is harder to make than you'd think as EVERY pathway has so many interactions with the others it makes it somewhat difficult to split them into separate "families." So with that being said this is simply the 1st part of the Fat Burner Family Tree as I finalize the rest of this project!

Episode 295 is a complete all inclusive guide to mineral intake for athletes that are male or female and natural or enhanced! This guide has 85ish references that I'll publish down below and another few hundred that I thought didn't need to be posted up without it being excessive. Take some notes and enjoy the infopgrahic with this podcast to break down your needs a bit easier. But remember, these are ROUGH guidelines as there are multiple factors such as food choice that can make a massive difference in your perscription.

Episode 294 is another Q&A with Mike Arnold where we dug into some more commonly asked questions such as thoughts on Humulin R for Type 2 Diabetic, Trulicity, peptide LL-37, and M1T in a bulking cycle. As always Mike and myself go off on a few tangents that have a few golden "nuggets" of information so as always enjoy the episode, support Mike at the links below, and dont forget to take notes!

Episode 293 is your updated complete guide to injectable glutathione! Glutathione (GSH) has so much misunderstanding and misinformation in our industry that I want to ensure people understand a lot of the interactions and MoA going on with this compound. It has tremendous application as a "health", restoration, and progression tool when utilized in the proper setting. Sit back, take notes, and enjoy the references I'll attach to this episode!

Episode 292 is a roundtable discussion with Lyle McDonald, Broderick Chavez, and myself on ESTROGEN...specially exogenous estradiol for androgen using males. Lyle has estrogen covered head to toe on the natural physiological side of the equation where as Broderick's speciality lies in the enhanced aspect. We discuss the basics of estrogen, some new potential therapies/uses for exogenous estradiol, an 80 client case study I conducted on androgen using clients who implemented estradiol, and more! Lyle and Broderick even go off on a few different rants/tangents where there's some interesting off topic subjects talked about! This is a gold mine of information so get ready to take notes. I'm hoping the message and truth on estrogen levels for androgen using males starts to move in the direction this discussion went into.

Episode 289 breaks down the differences between working with natural VS enhanced individuals as well as males VS females! I see people having polarizing opposite opinions on this and in reality, physiology/biology doesnt change as much as you would think. HOWEVER, when you really dig into it there are massive differences clear across the board! So given that I work with many natural and enhanced competitors of both genders, I felt more than "qualified" to discuss this topic in depth and give you guys some food for thought!

Episode 287 is a pretty jam packed episode! First, I post up my response to Paul Carter and the debate/disagreement we had (where I admit I acted like a dick towards the end) and THEN capitalize this episode with having Andrew Triana back on where we talk about what hypertrophy truly is, what loading should mean, and the varied hypertrophic responses pathways outside of conventional methods that many still cling to. All in all this was a FUN episode to record and put together! Support Andy by following him below

Episode 285 talks all about YK-11 and new Green Tea research (EGCG supplementation). YK-11 is not only mislabeled abut VERY misunderstood PARTIALLY because there is very little research out about it, so I hope to begin to close the gap on that barrier before moving into all the benefits of drinking green tea that often go under the radar AND NEWER research into some interesting health benefits and findings as a whole! Episode 282 brings you the COMPLETE guide on metformin! Every possible interaction, MoA, and question has been answered and summarized here on this episode! My goal for this is to truly summarize the full picture of metformin as too many people demonize it for reasons that literally are so insignificant, they should barely even be paid a notice. So with that in mind, get your notepads ready, this one is FULL of information! And yes, a few references for those of you that wish to read further!

Episode 276 is your complete guide to exogenous (injectable) L-Carnitine! My book is already at 60 pages and is NOT going to be done soon so until it is, I wanted to share this information with you guys to ensure you understand why I'm such a big fan of this compound! I only shared a few references (because the list is about 400 or so and I don't have enough space to post that many) but the book will have all the in-text citations once its finished.
